Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 350k’s services. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Registration Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. This includes your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and correct bank account details. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 350k support immediately at [email protected]. Each user is allowed only one account; having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 350k platform user, you agree not to engage in any activities that could compromise the security, integrity, or normal functioning of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other methods to unlawfully access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, falsification of information, or attempts to manipulate the platform's payment system.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable Malaysian laws.
- Interfering with or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the 350k platform or its servers.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content through the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may lead to immediate suspension of your account and in some cases, legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on 350k are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, and FPX transfers from major Malaysian banks. 350k does not accept foreign currencies unless converted by relevant third parties.
Deposit
Deposits made to your account are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information entered is accurate before confirming any transaction. 350k is not responsible for losses due to user input errors in payment details.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed according to 350k’s internal verification procedures. The bank account holder’s name for withdrawals must match the name registered on the platform account. 350k reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected or if identity verification is incomplete. All successful withdrawals will be credited to the registered bank account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
350k reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice in cases of term violations, suspected fraud, or at the sole discretion of 350k management. Users whose accounts are suspended for fraud will forfeit any remaining balance. Voluntary account closure requests can be submitted to support via email.
Limitation of Liability
350k is not liable for any losses or damages, direct or indirect, including financial losses caused by technical failures, service interruptions, or unfavorable betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied guarantees of profit or specific results. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 350k platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of 350k or its licensed holders. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the platform without written permission from 350k.
Third-Party Links
The 350k platform may include references to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. 350k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
